Genesis Fertility provides information about, and facilitates appointment requests for, fertility and laparoscopic medical services. The Site is intended to help patients learn about our services and request appointments; it does not itself provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or advice. Nothing on this Site should be treated as a substitute for a consultation with a qualified medical professional..

3. Appointment Requests

The Site may allow you to submit a request to book an appointment. Submitting a request through the Site does not guarantee a confirmed appointment — all requests are subject to confirmation by our clinical/administrative team by phone, email, or other means. We do not process any payments through the Site; all billing and payment for services takes place directly with the clinic.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when submitting an appointment request, and to promptly update us if that information changes.

4. No Medical Advice & No Doctor-Patient Relationship

Use of the Site, including submitting an enquiry or appointment request, does not create a doctor-patient relationship between you and Genesis or any of its physicians. Any medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment will only be provided in the course of an actual clinical consultation. In case of a medical emergency, please contact your nearest emergency services or hospital immediately rather than relying on this Site.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and software, is the property of Genesis Fertility or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. By providing your phone number to us (including via appointment requests, enquiries, or by scanning a QR code that opens a WhatsApp chat with us), you consent to receive communications from Genesis Fertility via WhatsApp, SMS, and/or phone call, including appointment confirmations, reminders, reports, and related service updates. You may opt out of WhatsApp/SMS communications at any time by informing us via email or phone.
