Dr. Pooja embarked on her journey in the field of medicine by obtaining a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree from NRI Medical College, laying the foundation for their illustrious career. Eager to specialize in the intricate realm of women's health and reproductive medicine, Dr. Pooja pursued advanced training, culminating in a Master of Surgery (MS) in Obstetrics and Gynecology from A.J. Institute of Medical sciences. This rigorous academic pursuit equipped Dr. Pooja with a profound understanding of the complexities of the female reproductive system and the nuances of managing obstetric and gynecological conditions.

Driven by a passion to delve deeper into the realm of fertility and assisted reproductive technologies, Dr. Pooja pursued specialized training through a post doctoral Fellowship in Reproductive Medicine from Gunasheela Surgical and Maternity hospital, accredited by the Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (RGUHS). This intensive fellowship program provided Dr. Pooja with advanced knowledge and hands-on experience in the latest techniques and advancements in reproductive medicine, including in vitro fertilization (IVF), intrauterine insemination (IUI), and fertility preservation.
